数字技术嵌入教育治理是应对时代之变与社会之变的战略选择。数字化时代的教育治理蕴含两方面内容，其一是“基于数字化的教育治理”；其二是“对于教育数字化的治理”。前者启发我们充分利用ChatGPT的治理动能；后者则启发我们要加强对ChatGPT的风险治理。沿此思路可以发现，新一代人工智能技术ChatGPT的问世，使教育治理体系臻于至善与教育治理能力有效提升迎来重大契机。但是，当前的ChatGPT并非尽善尽美，现有的教育治理体系与ChatGPT之间的张力也尚未消解，导致其在教育治理中的应用潜力无法充分释放。从ChatGPT涌现的潜力来看，数字化时代的教育治理日益走向科学化、高效化、民主化、法治...
