On the basis of pool data in 31 provinces in China from 2000 to 2013, the article analyzed the Long-term equilibrium relationship and short-term fluctuation effect between urbanization rate and farmers’ residential land extensive use in China by applying co-integration theory, Granger causality test and impulse response function.
