In the process of coverage for multiple targets, the existence of a large number of redundant data decreases the effective coverage of monitoring area and increases the energy consumption of network. Therefore, this paper proposes a Multi-Targets K-Coverage Preservation Protocol (MTCPP). Firstly, the de-pendency of sensor nodes and target nodes is established by the network model, and the method of monitoring region coverage is given.
