[目的 /意义]以学科更名为基点，立足于新时代、新形势下的信息资源管理新任务与新目标，寻求信息资源管理学科在传承前提下的变革与突破，为其学科体系、学术体系及话语体系建设提供参考。[方法 /过程]通过文献调研、政策梳理及历史分析，在回顾“图书情报与档案管理”到“信息资源管理”学科发展演变的基础上，对其存在的现实机遇与挑战进行深度剖析，进而提出信息资源管理学科发展的重要任务与推进策略。[结果 /结论]在具备极强包容性的一级学科顶层框架下，重点从学科建设、人才培养、服务国家战略、推动产业创新4个方面，以构建新学科的自主知识体系为基础，深化其原有的业务范畴，打破学科...
