The development of a guide robot with explanatory features has always been a subject of concern. Based on NAO, a guide robot with Chinese and English voice recognition and expression is implemented, which enables visitors to interact with the robot in the exhibition hall. This paper designs interaction scheme, using the exhibition hall of the project team as experimental environment, focusing on how to make robots provide explanation service, especially on understanding the questions from visitors and the emotional expression of answers to visitors.
