本文基于27省教师(留管干部)以及71个国家留学生大规模、有效度的调查问卷深入探讨来华留学生法制教育的现状及对策。研究表明:当前来华留学生法制教育相对较为薄弱,导致该问题的内部因素为师资力量薄弱、专门教材匮乏、教学内容分散;外部因素则为多部门协同、多学科协作、多高校联合不足。基于对问卷的深度分析,文章提出了开设具有实用性强的留学生法制教育通识课、编写突显中国特色的留学生系列法制教材、培育多重素养的留学生专职法制师资队伍、健全全方位多层级的来华留学生招管体系、构建完备严谨的留学生违法乱纪惩戒体系等一系列应对策略。

Based on a large-scale and effective questionnaire survey among teachers(administrators of international student management)from 27 provinces and international students from 71 countries,this paper focuses on the necessity,status quo and solutions of legal education for international students in China.This research shows that the current legal education for international students in China is relatively weak,and the internal factors that lead to this problem are the shortage of qualified teachers,lack of specialized teaching materials and scattered content of courses.The external factors are th...
