高校思想政治教育工作是提高大学生思想道德素质的重要途径。从高校思想政治教育工作的主体和客体两个维度对当前高校思想政治教育存在的问题进行了审视,进而多方面剖析导致思想政治教育问题的原因,最后从加强大学生思想特点研究、提高教师的综合素质、改进思想政治教育课的教学、发挥党支部的作用和加强校园文化建设等方面提出解决对策。
