文章从现代国家建构的视角探讨中国农民劳动的国家性建构问题。认为,新中国建立以来,农民劳动经历了一个由个体劳动到集体劳动,再到个体劳动的转变过程。这一过程的实质是国家与农民在劳动关系的建构与调整。国家通过集体劳动将劳动力这一基础性资源整合到国家体系中来。但是,由于劳动与收益的不对称,出现了"出工不出力"的"弱者反抗",从而导致国家重新调整与农民的关系。农村改革因此被称之为农民的"第二次解放",主要是农民获得自由支配其人身的权利。这反映了现代民主国家建构的基本走向。

The paper discusses the national construction of the Chinese farmers＇ work from the perspective of the modern state construction. It holds that the farmers＇ work has experienced a change process that is from selfemployment to collective work and to arrive at self- employment again from the day of the building of the new China. The essence of this process is construction and adjustment in the relation of the state and the farmers.
