Few researches concern about oxidative damage of inhaled formaldehyde in medium or low concentrations.Therefore, we treated three groups of mice with 1.0mg/m3, 3.0mg/m3 formaldehyde and the control group inhaled fresh air. All of the mice were treated 6 hours per day for 10 days.
