Novel covalent macrocycle, hmcyCuco6, has been synthesized and its four pseudopolymorphs were reported. HmcyCuco6 is highly selective to CH 2Cl2, CHCl3, and CCl4 in the crystal growth, and the selectivity of the hmcyCucó toward these solvent molecules may be related to the symmetry of the solvent molecules.
