近30年来（1980—2010）,学术界关于中国音乐教育史的研究已公开发表和出版200多种著作。这些著作论题丰富、范围宏阔,代表了最近30年来我国音乐教育史研究的整体水平。这些研究包括中国历史上音乐教育的起源、音乐教育思想史、音乐教育制度史、音乐教学内容史、音乐教育史比较研究,以及对音乐教育史学科自身的理论探讨等多方面的内容。在体裁上,这些文论涵盖了通史、断代史、专题史及学术评论等多种形式。文章在对这些成果进行学术综述的基础上,尝试就中国音乐教育史学科的研究现状、研究范畴、研究方法和现实价值提出一些个人的看法,供方家指正。

In the past three decades （1980 -2010）, there have been more than 200 works on the research of China＇ s music education＇ s history. With rich topics and wide domains, these works represents the overall level of the research which includes the origin of China＇ s music education, ideology evolution, system evolution, content evolution and so on.
