文化遗产,包括物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产,其价值诚如人们所确认的那样,主要体现在历史的、艺术的(审美的)和科技的三大方面.不过,这三大方面的价值并非笼统而抽象的,而是明晰而具体的,在不同文化遗产对象上有着侧重不同或程度不同的体现.另外,文化遗产的价值也不限于这三大方面,而是体现在许多方面,特别是其思想的、经济的价值不可忽略.只有全面深刻地认识到文化遗产价值的多元性和具体性,才能针对具体文化遗产做出恰切的价值评估,从而对之进行适当、有效的保护和充分、合理的利用.
