智能知识服务成为当下研究热点，如何对庞大的文化资源进行科学分类和描述以形成有效知识组织是当下研究难点。文章以知识组织为导向，以元数据资源描述为规范，结合湖北省数字文化资源案例，对文化资源元数据描述、分类体系、本体构建、语义关系展开研究，深入分析文化资源元数据属性、构建数据文化资源描述框架，抽取文化实体，实现文化资源本体建设和实体关联。以文化资源数据关联和发布为基础，形成以主题内容、标签、格式、组织机构等不同属性的资源分类，实现数字文化资源的描述及应用，有利于推动数字文化资源的传播及智能知识服务。
