我国正大力推进教育数字化转型，教师无疑是这一转型进程中的关键要素。持续提升教师数字素养，对建设数字时代高素质、专业化教师队伍，加快推进教育数字化具有重要意义。随着《教师数字素养》标准的发布，如何准确测评和有效提升教师数字素养与技能的问题受到广泛关注。文章通过系统梳理数字素养的起源与发展历程，比较分析国际典型指标框架，深入剖析教师数字素养的内涵演进，详细解析《教师数字素养》标准的主要内容，提出分层分类、数智驱动、持续监测的教师数字素养评价路径，为准确把握当前发展水平、科学谋划未来提升路径提供参考。
