In order to improve level of pupils water safety education, prevent pupils drowning accidents, a primary water safety education KAP model was built. Through a questionnaire survey of 2 554 pupils KAP status by using statistical method, Pearson correlation, SEM and interactive effect of inspection, relationships between primary water safety knowledge, skill, attitude and high-risk behavior were studied.
