如何实现中国2022年冬奥会的承诺,落实"可持续"理念,"生态环保"问题不容忽视。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,从生态本源出发,明确生态观及奥运生态观内涵,理清"人—奥运—环境"的矛盾问题,并系统分析国际组织及历届冬奥运会,就"环保"问题所采取的措施,为中国2022年冬奥会提供经验教训。从职能划分、政策、科技创新、国际合作四个方面出发,提出合理建议,为我国筹办冬奥会提供新思路。
