应用技术帮助教师实现高效教学，促进学习者的发展是教育技术研究者追寻的目标。该文以教学技术的“智能发展”为主线，归纳了不同历史发展阶段的代表性教学技术和应用，分析了机器教学、计算机辅助教学、智能导师系统的基本设计理念、关键技术以及代表性系统；以智慧教育环境构建为核心，详细分析了当前最具发展潜力的智能感知、学习分析、情感计算等智能技术的功能与特点。作者对智能教学技术发展进行展望，提出以学习分析为核心的智能技术整合、融合人工智能和人类智能的自适应学习、智能教学环境下的数字教师是未来发展方向。

The aim of the education technology researchers is achieving effective teaching and promoting the development of learners with technology.
