本研究采用自编问卷对全国特殊教育学校学生在基础教育的学段、残疾类型,以及是否属招生范围的分布情况进行调查。研究发现:特殊教育学校义务教育阶段规模最大,但中、西部地区初中阶段规模偏小;普通高中主要面向感官和肢体残疾学生,且规模小于职业高中;学前阶段教育规模有限,非感官残疾学生的相对比重偏高;特殊教育学校以招收"三类"残疾学生为主,但各地"三类"残疾学生比重不同;教育对象呈现多元化,学前教育阶段打破以招收"三类"残疾学生为主的局面;非招生范围内招收学生的现象普遍存在。在此基础上提出如下建议:扩大义务教育招生对象范围,保障各类残疾学生顺利完成义务教育;提升特殊教育学校普通...
