融合教育已经进入高质量发展的攻坚期。融合课程的建设是实现融合教育提质增效的关键一环，而开发满足所有学生多样需求的融合课程是融合教育有效实施的关键突破点。高质量融合课程的建设应遵循全纳包容、多元异质、动态生成的课程本质，并致力于多途径保障课程内在公平，满足学生多样需求，实施课程全程调整。当前课程正义性、异质性、生成性的问题阻滞了高质量融合课程的发展，文章从课程重构、教师增效和技术赋能等三个角度出发，聚焦新时期融合课程建设的未来发展之路进行了阐述。
