家庭体育作为我国体育的重要组成部分,是现代人重要的体育生活方式.本文运用文献资料等研究方法,从家庭体育的"沟通价值"、"健康价值"、"教育价值"和"联动价值"对家庭体育进行价值解析;并针对家庭体育发展过程中价值边缘化、 模糊化的错位现象进行阐述,最后提出复位策略.旨在为引导人们树立正确的家庭体育观提供参考.
