The existing technologies for remote sensing image processing are rather limited in both the capability of processing large amount of data and the methods for image processing. Applying wireless and grid technologies to remote sensing information processing, this paper puts forward a remote sensing application services model based on wireless service grid technology, with agent technology being one of the main technologies. The agent takes on users' tasks submission, transmission, processing, executing, and results retrieval. The grid is constructed by combining the wired net and wireless net....
