高校劳动教育的体系构建是提升其育人效能的内在要求。课题研究组通过对全国105所高校的实证调查发现，高校劳动教育体系建设尚不完善，存在具体目标定位失准、内容育人功能失位、实施方式方法失当、评价标准结构失衡等困境。由此，本研究提出构建“一四三四一”的劳动教育体系，即确立以马克思主义劳动观为核心，“知、情、意、行”为维度的“一核四维”目标体系；创设具有“真、善、美”三重育人旨趣的内容体系；构建品德与技能统合、身体与心灵融合、人文与科技耦合、理论与实践结合的“四合一体”方法体系；建立价值理性与工具理性共在的“道术合一”的评价体系，推进劳动教育的时代转型与创...
