大学教师教学发展是大学教学改革难以回避的核心问题。然而,大学教学改革长期以来却忽视教学实践的真实场域与大学教师的发展需求,难以抓住教改"痛点",亦无法为教师提供适切与可持续的教学支持,导致大学教学失去具有普遍意义、指向"良好"的教学合理性。奥克兰大学良好教学框架描绘了良好的大学教学的理想样态与实践图景,提出良好教学应立足于大学教学的合理性,而非引导大学教师追求卓越的教学水平,并通过开发一套面向全体教师教学能力的标准体系来描述什么样的大学教学是合理的,用于指导教师的教学实践,以提升大学教师的教学水平与专业能力的发展。该框架着眼于具有普适性与有效性的"良好教学"的...
