Market is the basic manner and efficiency method to allocate resource. The purpose of the paper is analysis the relationship of market equilibrium and intensive land use and tries to put forward counter-measures to improve the efficiency of land allocation in cities. Method of scene analysis was employed in this article. The result of the paper suggests that the efficiency of land allocation is descending by the decline of land market level.
