Spatial-Temporal Features and Influencing Factors of Difference in Land Urbanization Level of Central China

以中部地区80个地级以上城市为研究对象,采用核密度估计、探索性空间数据分析和空间计量模型,探究中部地区地级以上城市2000-2016年土地城镇化水平差异的时空特征及影响因素.结果 表明:①中部地区土地城镇化水平总体上呈上升态势,平均值从2000年的0.66％增长到2016年的1.36％,且城市间差距逐渐加剧.②中部地区土地城镇化水平表现出显著的全局空间正自相关性,并呈现由强集聚向弱集聚转化的演变特征;其空间集聚形态可分为“高—高”集聚型、“高—低”极化型、“低—高”塌陷型、“低—低”均质型4种类型,不同类型城市的分布特征存在差异.③中部地区土地城镇化水平冷热点区的空间分布具有相对稳定...

Taking 80 cities in central China as research object, this study employs Kernel Density Estimation(KDE),Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA) and spatial econometric models to analyze the spatial-temporal features and influencing factors of the differences of land urbanization level in central China from 2000 to 2016.
