According to the characteristics of land consolidation project, this paper established the quality indicators of land consolidation from micro-topography, soil, water, landscape and other factors. The weights of these indexes were reckoned by AHP, and then the land quality based on the land consolidation project about Baiyang town and Guqiao township were evaluated, which both are hilly area in Henan province.
