Attributes of rural households in the perspective of national governance

国家治理与家户属性密切相关。国家治理能力包括国家汲取能力、规控能力与供给能力,家户属性包括生物属性、社会属性、经济属性与政治属性。家户社会属性、政治属性与国家治理能力负相关,经济属性与国家治理能力正相关。具体而言,家户社会属性与国家汲取能力、供给能力、规控能力负相关;经济属性与国家供给能力正相关,与国家规控能力、汲取能力负相关;政治属性与国家汲取能力、供给能力、规控能力负相关。国家治理与家户属性都有限度,这就要求国家与家户之间要合理分工,相互合作,走出一条独具中国特色的"家国共担、家国互动"的乡村振兴之路。
