In the context of the current reorganization of China's territorial spatial planning system, this paper focuses on supporting scientific land use decision-making through multiple policy scenarios and dynamic simulations. Based on the dominant land use function orientation from the production-living-ecological perspective, this paper incorporates the spatial suitability evaluation of a given time-point into a dynamic-driven simulation and dynamic monitoring framework.
