在非物质文化遗产项目实施的背景下,一些民族的传统文化得到了传承与保护,并在新环境下得以再生产。受到当地政府资助的广西壮族自治区桂林市恭城瑶族自治县首届五冲瑶盘王节,展示了当地瑶族的非物质文化遗产项目——还盘王愿。盘王节过程包括展示性庆典、还盘王愿、民众活动3个方面,未变要素与已变要素两个方面反映了还盘王愿仪式在盘王节中的再生产过程,显示了非物质文化遗产传承与保护背景下民族文化再生产的意义。

In the context of the implementation of intangible cultural heritage projects, some folk ethnic culture has been inherited and protected and reproduced under the new environment. The first Pan Wang festival of Wuchong Yao in Gongcheng Autonomous County supported by the local governments, showed the intangible cultural heritage project of local Yao.
