美国UTeach项目历经20余年的发展,成为美国STEM教师培养的典范,为其STEM教师质量与数量的提升作出了巨大贡献。该项目在教师培养方案、课程教学制度、学业评价体系和指导跟进机制等方面具有完备的培养模式,对我国STEM教育发展和STEM教师培养具有指导价值。借鉴美国经验,我国应创建优质的引领项目,加强STEM教师培养的顶层设计;实行学生中心的培养模式,提升STEM教师的实践技能;构建多元的学业评价体系,保证STEM教师的科学化评价;建立持续的指导跟进机制,助力STEM教师的专业化发展。

After more than 20 years of development, the UTeach project has become a model of preparing STEM teachers in the United States, and has made great contributions to the improvement of the quality and quantity of STEM teachers. The project has a complete preparation model of STEM teachers in preparation plans, curriculum and instruction, evaluation system and follow-up mechanism, which can be used as a reference for the development of STEM education and teacher preparation in China.
