Partially S-doped ZnO symmetric three-sided feather-like nanostructures have been synthesized via a thermal evaporation and transport method. The products were grown in a one-step catalyst-free process. The synthesized nanostructures of both samples have nearly the same morphology although these contain different concentrations of sulfur (1.55 and 10.48 at.%).
