违法行政责任是指行政机关及其工作人员在行使职权、履行职责的过程中违反行政法律规范而应当依法承担的不利后果。为了深化违法行政责任理论和完善违法行政责任制度，应对违法行政责任作以下分类研究：行政主体的违法行政责任和行政公务人员的违法行政责任，内部违法行政责任和外部违法行政责任；补救性违法行政责任和惩罚性违法行政责任；财产性违法行政责任和非财产性违法行政责任；权力机关追究的违法行政责任，行政机关追究的违法行政责任和司法机关追究的违法行政责任；抽象违法行政责任和具体违法行政责任。

The responsibility of illegal administration is the disadvantageous aftereffect that the administrative department and its clerks should take when they disobey administrative laws in the process of performing duties and powers.In order to deepen the theory of administrative responsibility and consummate the system of the responsibility of illegal administration We should do some classifying research on the responsibility of illegal administration :the responsibility of the administrative subjects and the responsibility of the administrative officials;the exterior responsibility and the interio...
