目的:摸清2004年疫情,指导全省性病防治.方法:疫情报告和流行病学调查.结果:2004年湖北省77个地(市)县累计报告性病病例22 921例,较2003年(23 869例)下降了3.97%,自1999年以来连续5年下降,2004年全省性病总报告年发病率为38.867/105.其中男性病例13 829例,占报告病例总数的60.33%,女性病例9 092例,占报告病例总数的39.67%,男女病例数之比为1.52:1.20岁左右组占33.91%.30岁左右组占37.33%,40岁左右组占1 7.04%.0岁左右和1岁左右2个年龄组占0.87%.讨论:2004年湖北省性病疫情与2003年相比虽有所下降,但艾滋病已进入快速增长期,预防和控制性病的任务仍十分艰巨.患者主要集中在20岁左右组和30岁左右组...

Objective： to find out the epidemic situation in 2004, and to instruct the prevention and treatment of venereal diseases in Hubei Province.
