Optimizing E-learning system based on Web3.0 technologies can make the current E-learning system more personalized, intelligent and accurate. In this paper, firstly, we introduce the concepts of Web3.0 and some of its technical advantages. Then, through survey on the current usage of E-learning system, we analyze the development status of E-learning system and address some problems to be solved.
