To investigate toxic effects of nano-TiO2 on brain and blood vessel of mice,56 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into 8 groups,including control, solvent control,4 mg·kg^-1 nano-TiO2,20 mg·kg^-1 nano- TiO2,100 mg ·kg^-1 nano-TiO2,500 mg·kg^-1 nano-TiO2,100 mg ·kg^-1 VE+100 mg ·kg^-1 nano-TiO2 and 100 mg ·kg^-1 VE+500 mg ·kg^-1 nano-TiO2 ,with 7 mice in each group.
