Caroline Lancelot Miltgen is Full Professor at Audencia Business School, France. Her research aims at understanding the impact of technology on Society, at large, and on consumption and consumers in particular, with a specific focus on Privacy. Her research interests also include advertising and technology acceptance. She was the leader and principal investigator of two research contracts funded by the European Commission on ‘Privacy and electronic identification systems’ (2007) and ‘Personal data Identity Management’ (2009). Prof. Lancelot Miltgen is the author of several academic articles and book chapters in the field of Information Systems. Her research has appeared in the European Journal of Information Systems, Information and Management, Decision Support Systems, the Journal of Business Research, the Journal of Advertising Research, Advances in Consumer Research, the International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management.
