Building the Lancang- Mekong Community of Common Destiny in the Background of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ Innitiative

构建澜沧江-湄公河命运共同体具有举足轻重的作用，有利于提升中国的国际形象、增加澜沧江一湄公河国家间的信任，提高中国-东盟整体的合作水平。中国支持在“一带一路”背景下扩大澜湄合作，湄公河五国与中国合作意愿强烈，“一带一路”倡议主张扩大澜湄国家间的互联互通并与湄公河沿岸国家发展战略契合，这些都为澜沧江一湄公河命运共同体的构建提供了有利的契机。也存在来源于异质的政治体制、第三方因素及跨境河流分歧与矛盾方面的困境。在“一带一路”背景下，加强澜湄安全共同体、经济共同体和人文共同体建设是构建澜沧江-湄公河命运共同体的题中之意。

It is of great significance to construct the Lancang - Mekong community of common destiny, which is conducive to enhancing China＇s international image, increasing the trust between countries along the two rivers, and improving the overall level of cooperation between China and ASEAN.
