光电化学(PEC)传感是一种将PEC过程与目标物识别反应相结合的新型传感技术,在分析检测领域得到了快速发展。PEC具有光激发-电检测的特点,其传感具有背景信号低和灵敏度高等优点。目前,常见的PEC传感检测模式主要分为信号增强型和信号减弱型,两者均依赖单个输出信号的变化。在这两种模式下,当被测体系存在氧化还原干扰物时,将导致光电流增加或减小,不可避免地会产生假阳性或假阴性结果。相较而言,基于信号极性翻转的PEC传感在识别目标物后能够输出两种极性不同的光电流信号,而非仅增加或减小光电流信号,因此,该传感策略能够有效提高检测过程的抗干扰能力和准确度。本文综述了常见的...

Photoelectrochemical (PEC) sensing, as a new sensing technology that combines PEC process and target recognition reactions, has been rapidly developed in the field of analysis.
