As one of the key CPC leaders and chief editor of the weekly Guide, Cai Hesen made a real-time and relatively in-depth study of the causes, nature and impact of the incident created by the Armed Corps of the Guangzhou Merchants based on the firsthand materials and with the research paradigm of political history as the main method.
