高校思政课教师承负着塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造新人的时代重任。中国共产党对高校思政课教师队伍建设的探索经历了赓续发展,从初始摸索到承先启后,再到改革创新、全面发展,形成了宝贵的建设经验,即以坚持党的领导为根本保障、以坚持问题导向与目标导向相结合为切入点、以坚持师德与师能相结合为聚焦点、以坚持增量与提质相结合为关键点、以坚持严格管理与激励关怀相结合为着力点,全面推进思政课教师队伍建设。在新时代,高校思政课教师队伍建设要立足时代定位、聚焦核心素养、强化学科支撑、完善制度建设,以助推高校思政课教师队伍行稳致远、接续发展。
