The authors have plagiarized part of a dissertation (titled The EEG Dynamic Reflects the Underlying Brain Cognitive Process During Optic Relational, authored by Wen-Chi Chou, National Chiao Tung University Electronic Theses and Dissertations System https://reurl.cc/e9oKOm ) and a research project authored by Hsiao-Ching She funded by Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan (titled Research of Activating Relational Reasoning On-line Scientific Learning: A study of mental model dependent relational reasoning and scientific concept construction, MOST 101-2511-S-009 -003 -MY3). One of the conditions of submission of a paper for publication is that authors declare explicitly that their work is original and has not appeared in a publication elsewhere. Re-use of any data should be appropriately cited. As such this article represents a severe abuse of the scientific publishing system. The scientific community takes a very strong view on this matter and apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the submission process.
