The Current Practice and Ethical Issues of Online Counseling in Chinese Mainland: Evidence Comes from the “Big Data” and Ethical Assessment for Online Counseling Websites

随着互联网的发展,网络心理咨询受到越来越多的关注。本研究搜索和爬取网络心理咨询网站及咨询师信息,并采用16项伦理目的清单对网站进行评估。结果显示(1)网络心理咨询服务网站增多;咨询师资质良莠不齐;第三方平台的心理咨询师数量逐年升高,但实际活跃数量相对较少;网络心理咨询主题以婚恋情感为主。(2)伦理评估结果显示,网站对咨询师的学历信息呈现不足;对来访者信息要求模糊;知情同意的内容不够充分;保密和安全工作缺乏。我国大陆地区的网络心理咨询正在慢慢壮大,但是需要进一步加强伦理规范。

With the rapid development of network technology, psychotherapy is increasingly delivered over the internet. Since the arrival of online counseling, the practice and ethical issues have been widely discussed. This study aimed at investigating the current situation and main ethical issues of online counseling suppliers in China, based on which the norm and specific Chinese ethical code for cyber-counseling could be built.
