中国共产党领导新中国70年生态文明建设的历程,也伴随着中国环境与生态文明教育的70年历程。根据不同时期的指导理念与教育重点,大致可以将这一历程划分为“为了环境保护的教育”“为了可持续发展的教育”与“为了生态文明的教育”三个阶段。这一发展历程体现出以环境保护为中心,环境与生态文明教育认识不断深化、以自主创新为主体,国内国际协同互促、教育与宣传同步开展且相互促进、政府主导,自上而下与自下而上相得益彰等鲜明的发展特色。在此过程中也积累了丰富的本土经验,即坚持党的领导,树立系统思维,加强制度建设与注重理念引领。新时期生态文明教育将朝向规范发展、全民参与、素养导向等...
