In order to explore the DNA damage in cells induced by Butyl Benzyl Phthalate (BBP), mouse mast cells cultured in vitro were exposed to different concentrations of BBP (0,4,20,100μmol·L^-1) for 60 minutes. Comet assay and KCl-SDS assay were used to measure DNA damages including DNA strand breaks (DSB) and DNA-protein crosslinks (DPC).
