TRIMS协议(与贸易有关的投资措施协议)首次将与贸易有关的投资措施纳入了WTO统辖下的多边贸易体制框架之中,必将对我国外商投资企业法产生重要的影响.我们必须对我国外商投资法进行重新审视,找出差距,进一步完善,从而使我国的外资法与WTO协议及规则相适应.
