介绍了计算机互联网的网络地址和域名的概念;阐述了计算机互联网域名与商标之间的关系;分析讨论了有关知识产权保护问题.对我国处理域名纠纷的方法和措施进行了论述,并对商标与域名的关系作出了司法界定,最后从司法解释的角度提出了一些具有创意的建议.
