A Comparative Study of Ideological and Political Education Research Paradigm：Discussion on the Transformation of the Human Style Paradigm

学术界提出了思想政治教育研究的多种范式，但一般认为主要的思想政治教育研究范式有两种，即工作范式和哲学范式。工作范式和哲学范式也各有不同形态。比较这些范式发现，思想政治教育的范式之间既有密切联系，也有显著差别。目前使用的工具范式和社会学范式都有明显缺陷。一些学者提出通过实现人学范式的转换来改进思想政治教育，但这种转换面临理论困难以及缺乏实际工作的支撑。因此可行的作法是对现有思想教育的研究范式进行改良。
