Purpose: To find out if any neurotoxicity effect exists in the mice that exposed to low-level formaldehyde.Approach: After exposed to the gaseous formaldehyde at 0mg/m3, 1.0mg/m3 and 3.0mg/m3 levels, the mice were tested in Morris water maze. Findings: Results demonstrated that there were significant differences on water maze performances between 0mg/m3 and 3.0mg/m3 formaldehyde inhaled groups (p<0.01) but little between 0mg/m3 and 1.0mg/m3 groups.
