村镇建筑安全性普遍不高，易受洪灾影响造成损失，严重阻碍乡村经济的发展，对其进行洪灾损失评估是减灾救灾科学决策的辅助保障。本文以村镇建筑为研究对象，在洪灾危险性和洪灾易损性分析的基础上，从村镇建筑洪水灾害损失中致灾因子、孕灾因子、承灾因子三个方面确定评估指标，构建洪灾损失综合评估指标体系，确定评估标准。研究成果为村镇建筑在洪水灾害中的损毁评估研究提供参考依据，为乡镇防灾减灾决策提供技术支撑。
