Evaluation of Industrial Environmental Economics Vulnerability of Huaibei City

运用脆弱性结构理论构建资源枯竭型城市工业环境经济系统评价框架,基于云模型和属性识别理论对淮北市工业环境经济系统进行了脆弱性评价,并运用协同进化模型对3类子系统交互作用机制进行了分析。研究结果表明,2005-2014年,淮北市压力性系统脆弱等级及脆弱指数呈波动减低特征,敏感性及适应性系统脆弱等级及脆弱指数呈阶跃变化;受3大子系统耦合集成影响,淮北市工业环境经济系统脆弱等级及脆弱指数中位运行特征明显,脆弱等级由Ⅳ级阶跃为Ⅲ级,脆弱指数也呈现递减变化规律;敏感性子系统是阻滞环境经济系统协同进化的外在表征,而适应性子系统是制约淮北市环境经济系统脆弱等级和脆弱指数降低,及阻滞环...

This paper builds the evaluation framework of environmental economic system of resource exhausted cities based on the theory of vulnerability structures, and the vulnerability assessment of the environmental economic system of Huaibei City is done based on the theory of cloud model and attribute recognition.
